What if the United States is flawed beyond repair?

My Response: We have a system in place to repair our political system, but it needs out help. After all, the US Constitution starts with WE THE PEOPLE, and it is our duty as citizens to take responsibility for our country. The following are my suggestions, and I feel I have missed a few, so help me out with your comments.
