Light, Dark, and YOU the Immortal Spirit
We live in a dichotomous positive-negative universe. There is light and there is dark. I remember while living in Sedona, AZ in the 90s there were these peace, love, and light (gag me with a spoon) New Age folks. That approach is being only half-alive. The dark can be but isn’t always horrible.
Sometimes it seemed that way because you were convinced what you did or didn’t do was bad [think religion] when it really wasn’t. Sometimes you were just having way too much fun that somehow you convinced yourself or someone convinced you it was bad. Sometimes you were flat out evil for a moment. And sometimes you were in the wrong place at the wrong time, and something happened that you were unwilling to experience. While most of the above you can inspect, take responsibility for, and sometimes laugh about, it is that last one, the unwilling to experience one, that requires professional help.
What gets us in trouble is always what we were unwilling to experience. Unwilling to experience that you were at some point evil, unwilling to experience a shock, or unwilling to experience how you went against your religious teachings.
When we create our darkness [yes, we create it, only you can make you feel bad], we trap some of our free Lifeforce, which makes us a bit less able.
